Our Compliance Area assumes Zippy Pay ‘s commitment and fundamental role of overseeing the design and establishment of policies, regulations, procedures and control of all our processes, with the purpose of ensuring the integrity and full compliance with the legislative and regulatory requirements in the countries where we operate.

IV. Complaints channel

It is a tool that gives you the possibility to make an anonymous complaint regarding a situation you have seen or experienced, in relation to any inappropriate behavior of any person within the company, which violates your rights or those of another person, breaching the principles set out in the Code of Ethics of Zippy Pay, the Internal Regulations and / or committing a crime related to Law 20.393.

At Zippy PayWe promote a culture of transparency and accountability, and recognize the importance of engaging our entire community to maintain integrity in our operations. For this reason, this channel is available to anyone related to Zippy PayWhether they are employees, suppliers, customers, advisors, investors or other key members of our company.

At Zippy Pay, we take very seriously the promotion of a culture of transparency, ethics and integrity in all our operations. Our Whistleblower Channel is a fundamental tool to ensure that any irregularity, crime or misconduct that may affect the company is reported and properly addressed. Below is a list of the types of reports we accept:

  1. Offenses contemplated in Law 20.393:
    • Money Laundering.
    • Financing of terrorism.
    • Bribery, kickbacks or bribes.
    • Reception.
    • Corruption between private individuals.
    • Unfair administration.
    • Incompatible negotiation.
    • Misappropriation.
  2. Computer crimes (Law 21.459):
    • Attack on the integrity of a computer system.
    • Unlawful interception of information.
    • Falsification of computer data.
    • Reception of computer data.
    • Corruption between private individuals.
    • Computer fraud.
    • Abuse of devices.
  3. Violations of the Code of Ethics and/or Internal Regulations:
    • Workplace or sexual harassment.
    • Discrimination, threats, mistreatment or inappropriate behavior.
    • Risks to the health and/or safety of workers.
    • Failure to comply with the obligations and duties of the contract.
  4. Fraud that may affect Zipp Pay or its related parties.

The Whistleblower Channel is not designed to address or deal with complaints or similar matters related to operations or service. For these are available the Customer Service channels and procedures that will allow an adequate and timely response.

In addition, it is essential to understand that the report must be based on true facts and not on false information or unfair accusations against innocent people. Any report that is made maliciously or with knowledge of the falsity of the facts will be dismissed.

Similarly, use of the Whistleblower Channel to retaliate against those who participate in the investigation process will not be tolerated. Our company protects the confidentiality and integrity of everyone involved, and any attempt to harm others through false allegations or retaliation will be treated seriously.

Finally, our Whistleblower Channel is not the appropriate place to make inquiries and/or offers of a commercial nature. If you have commercial concerns, we invite you to contact the corresponding department to receive the appropriate attention.
